Using the default drivers windows 10 defaults to, the only audio input and output devices shown in Device Manager are are the speakers, no microphone array is detected. However as above I have the same problem as John, in that using headphones appears to be a one way thing, and to get back to speakers requires a reboot. I got a partial resolution using the old Windows 7 ITD drivers (IDT 92HDxxx HD Audio V.1.16.0 A03 Dated: 21 March 2011, downloadable from the Dell site) With those I can get the microphone array working and see multiple ports in the device manager.
